Parker House Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    6 to 7 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add cooking oil.
    Add 1 cup cool water.
    Dissolve yeast in above mixture.
    Add the sugar and salt.
    Sift in 6 to 7 cups flour, or enough flour until dough is not sticky.
    Let raise to double in size.
    Work down and make into rolls.
    Let raise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Makes 24 rolls.
