Fried Rice(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped pepper
    1 1/2 c. cold cooked rice
    3 eggs, scrambled
Preparation
    Brown turkey, onion and pepper until tender.
    Add rice and stir-fry.
    Top with scrambled egg.
    Serves 3.
