Pimiento Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 oz. chopped green onions
2 oz. diced pimiento
2 tsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Whisk together the first 3 ingredients and cook until thick. Cool.
Mix well with remaining ingredients and serve with fresh vegetables.
Makes 2 cups.
Keeps well in fridge.
