Marigold Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. crushed dried marigold petals
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 Tbsp. honey
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat milk to boiling point.
    Add crushed marigold petals. Into separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add oil to milk mixture.
    Stir and let cool to room temperature, then add honey and egg and combine with dry ingredients.
    Fill muffin cups two-thirds full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
