Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups cooked rice
    3 cups milk
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine rice, milk, sugar and margarine.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened (about 30 minutes).
    Stir often.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into serving dish.
    Serve hot or cold.
