Marvelous Apple-N-Cranberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 to 4 c. whole cranberries
2 c. apple, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat oil, sugar and eggs together.
Combine dry ingredients; stir into oil mixture.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well. (Dough will be stiff.)
Pour into lightly greased Bundt pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for an hour.
Great for Thanksgiving.
