Spiced Fresh Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peeled, diced jicama
    2 oranges, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    2 c. fresh pineapple chunks (1/2-inch chunks)
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 bananas
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine jicama, oranges, pineapple, orange juice, confectioners sugar and cinnamon.
    Refrigerate one hour, stirring occasionally.
    When ready to serve, peel bananas and slice them into the salad; stir gently to mix.
    Serve at once. Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
