Cheese Tip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices buttered bread, cubed
    3/4 c. cheese (Herkimer preferred), grated
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Alternate layers of bread and cheese in buttered casserole. Over this pour lightly beaten eggs mixed with milk, salt and mustard.
    Place in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven 1 hour or until done.
