Blueberry Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling
Preparation

Mix crackers, margarine and sugar well.
Pat into 9 x 9-inch pan.
Beat eggs well.
Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Spread on cracker crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool.
Pour pie filling on top of cooled pie. Refrigerate a few hours.
Serve with whipped cream.
