Confetti Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 baking potatoes
    1/2 c. butter or oleo, divided
    1 c. shredded zucchini (1 small)
    1 jar chopped pimentos, drained
    1/2 c. hot milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; prick each with a fork and bake in a hot oven at 450\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
    Cut slice from top of each potato and scoop out center, being careful not to break skins.
    Add milk, 1/4 cup oleo or butter, salt and pepper to hot pulp and mash until light.
