Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large tomatoes, cored and drained
    1/4 lb. cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 hot pepper, chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients
    except tomatoes in skillet; heat until cheese
    melts.
    Beat
    until cool.
    Stuff tomatoes about 3/4 full and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until filling browns.
