Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Healthy Choice extra lean ground beef
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. yellow onion, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    4 oz. Kraft Free Cheddar slices (4 slices)
Preparation
    Saute ground beef, peppers and onions together.
    Cook rice, following package directions.
    Add rice, tomato sauce, tomatoes and 3 ounces of cheese to dish.
    Cook, stirring, until the cheese melts.
