Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Grate cheese and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients (except pie crust) and add to cheese.
Pour in uncooked pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Yields 1 (9-inch) quiche.
