Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
pinch salt
1 egg yolk
3 tsp. cinnamon (rounded)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and spread as thin as possible on 12x18 cookie sheet (jelly roll pan).
Brush with egg white, pouring off excess.
Cover with 1/2 to 1 c.
finely chopped pecans.
Press into cookie dough.
