Blue Cheese-Scallion Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) container nonfat sour cream
    2 oz. (1/2 c.) Blue cheese, crumbled
    1/2 c. chopped scallions (about 4)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
    Pulse sour cream and Blue cheese in food processor with on-off motions until creamy (maybe slightly lumpy). Remove to bowl. Stir in scallions, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for the flavor to develop. Serve with raw or blanched vegetables.
