Garlic Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (1/2 lb.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    poppy seed
Preparation
    Combine cheeses until smooth, using mixer or blender.
    Add garlic and salt; mix well.
    Shape into 2 logs and roll in poppy seed to coat.
    Chill and serve.
