Dutch Slaw(For A Crowd) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. cabbage
2 carrots
2 green peppers
2 medium onions
1 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Chop all vegetables together.
Sprinkle sugar over top without stirring.
Heat vinegar, salt, mustard and celery seed to boiling. Then add vegetable oil and heat again.
Pour over chopped vegetables.
But do not stir.
Refrigerate overnight.
