Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 small cabbage, chopped (5/8-inch deep in pan)
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted and divided
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation

Put cabbage and onion in casserole dish.
Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over the top.
Combine egg, soup and mayonnaise; pour over top.
Combine crackers, 1/4 cup butter and cheese; sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
