Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped peeled tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender on medium to high speed 25 seconds.
    Will keep refrigerated 2 days.
    Shake before using. Makes 1/3 cup.
