Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 c. crushed saltines
    1 c. ketchup
    1 egg
    1 can tomato juice
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Steam cabbage in pot for 10 to 15 minutes and carefully separate leaves.
    Mix meat, onion, pepper, saltines, ketchup and egg until well blended.
    Take meat mixture and make 3 inch balls. Wrap in cabbage leaves and arrange in large pot.
    Pour tomato juice and tomato sauce over top.
    Cook on medium 1 1/2 hours.
