Curried Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 1/2 or 7 oz. can tuna, broken up
1 c. shrimp, cleaned and cooked
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. olives, cut up, ripe or stuffed
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
3 c. cold rice, cooked
2 to 3 Tbsp. low-fat French dressing
1/2 c. parsley, minced
Preparation

Chill tuna and shrimp.
Add celery and olives.
Blend together and add salad dressing, lemon juice and curry powder.
Toss together rice, French dressing and parsley.
Spoon onto serving platter; top with seafood mixture.
