Italian Love Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 dark chocolate cake mix
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Prepare cake mix;
pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together Ricotta, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Pour over unbaked cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
