Swedish Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken, cut up
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 c. evaporated milk or 2 c. light cream
Preparation

Coat chicken with flour.
Place in heavy skillet.
Mix salt with milk or cream and pour over chicken.
Cover tightly.
Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
As chicken cooks, the milk or cream with thicken and the chicken will brown lightly.
