Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. old fashioned rolled oats
    2 envelopes dry yeast
    1/3 c. warm water
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. honey or molasses
    2 Tbsp. butter
    about 6 c. flour
Preparation
    In a large bowl, pour boiling water over oats; let stand for 1/2 hour.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand 5 minutes. Stir salt, molasses and butter into oats.
    Stir in yeast. Gradually add 4 cups flour.
    Knead in remaining 2 cups flour. Shape dough in mound in center of bowl.
    Cover; let rise in warm place until double.
    Punch down.
    Divide dough in half.
    Shape into loaf.
    Place in well-greased loaf pans.
    Cover and let rise until double, 1 to 2 hours.
    Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes, or until loaf sounds hollow.
