Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced potatoes
    sliced onions
    zucchini squash, sliced
    yellow squash, sliced
    carrots, sliced
    dabs of butter
    sprinkle with parsley
    2 c. water
Preparation
    In buttered 13 x 9-inch dish, add one layer of sliced potatoes, one layer of sliced onions, one layer of zucchini squash, sliced, one layer of yellow squash, sliced and one layer of carrots, sliced.
    Add dabs of butter on top and season. Sprinkle with parsley.
    Add water.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Ovens vary, 425\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
    You may need to add more water.
