Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop potatoes and onion; cook 30 minutes and drain.
    Add chopped Cheddar cheese, sour cream, soup and seasonings.
    Mix. Pour into 8 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
