Cold Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. regular white rice
    12 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    2 c. raw cauliflower, sliced
    2 (8 oz.) bottles creamy French dressing
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 c. thin green pepper strips
    4 c. celery, cut
    2 c. thinly sliced red onion
    2 heads lettuce
Preparation
    Day before, cook rice, water and salt.
    Cool.
    Cut chicken or turkey into chunks.
    Refrigerate.
