Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes (optional)
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/4 c. water
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large can tomato sauce
    Mozzarella cheese or Cheddar cheese (for top)
Preparation
    Wash peppers and hollow them out.
    Put 1/4 cup water in microwave-safe casserole dish with peppers.
    Microwave 2 minutes on High. Drain off water and let peppers dry.
    Crumble hamburger and mix with onion.
    Microwave 5 minutes on High. Stir in garlic salt, pepper, parsley flakes, rice and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Fill peppers.
    Pour remaining sauce over top.
    Microwave, covered, 10 minutes on High.
    Top with cheese and microwave 2 minutes.
