Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. dried or fresh parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
Preparation
    Combine broth, parsley and butter in a saucepan; bring to boil.
    Stir in rice; cover.
    Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes. Yield:
    4 servings.
