Homemade Pan Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean fresh pork, beef or turkey
    2 Tbsp. ground sage
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. flaked basil (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Have butcher grind pork roast, chuck roast or turkey of choice.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Make patties using two tablespoons of meat mixture.
    Fry or broil until done.
