Lebanese Salad(Tabboule) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches chopped parsley
    1/2 bunch chopped mint leaves
    1 finely chopped onion
    2 finely chopped large tomatoes (red and firm)
    1 to 2 lemons
    3 Tbsp. bulgur wheat
    olive oil
Preparation
    Marinate the bulgur wheat in the lemon juice.
    While it is marinating, wash vegetables thoroughly and chop.
    Combine vegetables and bulgur wheat.
    Add lemon juice, olive oil (1 tablespoon oil for 1 tablespoon lemon) and salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Decorate with romaine lettuce (leaves can be used as spoon to serve oneself).
