Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran (7 c.)
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour (plain)
    2 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. soda
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. shortening or oil
Preparation
    Mix bran, sugar, flour, salt and soda in a large bowl.
    Add mixture of eggs, buttermilk and shortening.
    Mix well.
    Store in covered container in refrigerator and use as desired. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Will keep at least 6 weeks.
