Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar.
Stir.
Then add baking powder, crackers, nuts and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into well-greased glass pie pan and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven.
Cool, then cover with whipped cream.
