Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 stick less 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Blend ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 until crust gets brown, about 45 minutes.
