Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yeast cake
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
    8 c. or more flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Melt shortening in 1 cup of boiling water.
    Cool.
    Add eggs, sugar, salt and cold water to shortening mixture.
    Add yeast mixture.
    Add flour and mix well. Set overnight or at least 5 hours in refrigerator.
    Three hours before baking, roll out and cut.
    Dip each roll into melted butter. Fold over and place on greased pan.
    Let rise double.
    Bake until brown.
