Salisbury Steak With Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In bowl, combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
    Shape into 6 oval patties.
    In skillet, brown patties; pour off fat.
    Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth.
    Add to skillet with remaining ingredients.
    Stir to loosen browned bits.
    Cover.
    Cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done, stirring now and then.
    Makes 6 servings.
