Fruit Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fresh nectarine or total of 1/2 c. fresh peaches, plums or pears
1/2 c. nonfat (skim) milk
1/2 c. crushed ice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving, 110 calories per serving.
