Crock-Pot Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey breast, thawed and rinsed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Salt turkey breast and place in crock-pot.
    Mix soup with the water.
    Slowly pour over top of turkey breast.
    Cover and bake slowly, 8 to 10 hours or until done.
    Let turkey breast rest on platter before serving.
    The drippings make a nice base for gravy.
