Easy Donuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuits
several c. oil or shortening
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Make a hole in center of biscuits (a thimble works great). Put enough oil in frypan or electric skillet for donuts to be able to float. Heat oil to 400\u00b0. Add biscuits, turning quickly with fork when golden brown. Be sure and cook the donut holes too! Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Dip in a thin glaze of confectioners sugar and water, turning to coat both sides. Or sprinkle immediately with sugar, brown sugar or confectioners sugar. Simple but delicious!
