Chili Rellenos Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 (5 1/3 oz. each) cans evaporated milk
    1 (7 oz.) can Ortega diced green chilies
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine cheeses, spread half on bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Drain chilies and spread over cheese.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Gradually add milk to flour; blend well.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Pour over cheese/chili mixture.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes, cut into squares and serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
