Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 peeled tomatoes, cut in cubes
    1 1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    basil
    garlic powder to taste
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Bake pie crust for 10 minutes.
    Fill crust with cubed tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil.
    Add garlic powder to taste.
    Mix cheese and mayonnaise; spread over tomatoes. Bake for 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Delicious.
