Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or 1 (20 oz.) can sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    20 large marshmallows
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar and sweet potatoes.
    Add egg, milk, vanilla, raisins and nuts.
    Put into a 4 x 6-inch pan.
    Place marshmallows on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes until marshmallows are brown.
