"Pink Stuff" Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large container cottage cheese
1 small box cherry Jell-O
1 small container Cool Whip
2 (16 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. red seedless grapes, cut in two
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 c. shredded cheese (Colby and Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
Preparation

Mix cottage cheese with dry Jell-O. Add Cool Whip and fruit. Stir. Add nuts and cheese. Stir. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
