Dandelion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter or oil
    flour
    milk
    salt
    vinegar
    chopped fresh young dandelion greens
    honey
    hard-boiled eggs
    onions
    potatoes
Preparation
    In a frying pan, heat butter or oil and add enough flour to make a thick paste.
    Brown nicely.
    Add some cold water, stirring briskly until smooth.
    Add milk gradually and cook to thicken. Remove from heat and add salt to taste and some vinegar and honey. Pour over prepared dandelion greens to suit your taste.
    Add a few hard-boiled eggs and onions.
    Pour this over potatoes cooked in their jackets.
