Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef (1/4-inch thick), cut into strips or cubes
3 Tbsp. flour
salt, pepper and garlic salt
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. minced onions
1/4 c. water
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Coat meat pieces with flour mixture.
Brown meat in margarine; add onions.
Saut until golden brown.
Add water, soup and mushrooms.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Just before serving, remove from heat and add sour cream.
Serve with rice or noodles.
