Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter

Preparation

Combine sugar, margarine, milk and cocoa in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Boil 1 1/2 minutes (not under).
Remove from heat and stir in oatmeal.
Stir until oats are softened.
Add peanut butter and vanilla; stir thoroughly.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper; let cool.
