Low Calorie Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. instant diet vanilla pudding
    4 pkg. Equal or Splenda
    1 c. cold milk
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip free
Preparation
    Combine pudding, sweetener and milk.
    Beat slowly for 1 minute.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Will frost a 9 x 13 cake. Store in refrigerator.
