Black Bean Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt, divided
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans, drained
    4 oz. Jack cheese, shredded (1 c.)
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    8 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, cook onion in oil for 4 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, oregano and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
