Swiss Pie(Similar To A Quiche) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated or sliced thin cheese (i.e., Swiss)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cream (light or half and half)
    4 small eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    seasoned bread crumbs
    butter as required
    salt and black pepper
    1 Tbsp. spinach, mushrooms, onions, chopped broccoli, whatever
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Put grated cheese in a pastry crust (if adding extras, first mix in with cheese); then sprinkle with flour.
    Mix milk, light cream, eggs, salt and pepper together, then pour over the cheese in the pie crust.
    Scatter with plenty of bread crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake 30 minutes (first 15 minutes in hot 450\u00b0 oven, second 15 minutes at low 325\u00b0).
    Test with knife.
    If it comes out clean, then it's done.
