Speedy Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Dot the bottom of a baking dish generously with butter or other fat.
Pour the batter in a dish. Add 2 cups juicy ripe peaches, sweetened with 1/2 cup sugar.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
The batter will come out on top to form a crust.
Serve hot or cold, with or without cream.
You may substitute other fruits for peaches.
